This is a typical problem in areas with newer construction. The houses are too close and there is no room for the water to drain. This area would turn into a mud pit after a good rain and the customer’s little white dog quickly turned brown. We used light river gravel and tumbled flagstone pavers (and heavy-duty landscape fabric) to solve the problem.
